This membership is a real value. Peace of mind because members get free geek squad service. For the value you can't beat it. I have had this service for lots of years.

This plan used to be better but now they are increasing the price and giving less service. Previous plan included tv installations which was worth it. Don't know why the deleted that and wish they would reinstate it. It still has some great benefits

I have a challenged adult child that lives by his computer. I am sometimes in store 3 times a week. No way I could afford all this service without total tech.

I have had a Best Buy total membership for five years now and I love it! The Geek Squad has helped me on numerous occasions and saved me from a very nasty viral attempt on my laptop. They be also repaired my laptop, replaced a battery. I love my Geek Squad

Great value if you have lots of electrical devices. Gives you apple care + when purchasing Apple products. Pays for itself after first mishap. Also, great in the event you need to return an item, as compared to those who don’t have it. Many more advantages.

MY MEMBERSHIP WITH GEEK SQUAD HAS BEEN THE BEST, IN ADDITION TO THE HELP I HAVE HAD, THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY COMPETENT. ADDITIONALLY WITH THIS SERVICE I HAVE HAD ADDITIONAL PROTECTION TO THE PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED VERY GOOD.

We buy so many things from Best Buy--technology, appliances, TVs...having the Total membership gives us peace of mind about our purchases and flexibility to return/exhange items. We've used the services quite a bit and it makes us loyal BB customers.

Membership has its privileges. I enjoy having Total Tech. The Apple Care for 2 years is amazing. I get discounts on merchandise. I like the protection plan discounts. It's worth having and renewing each year.

Totaltech is a good value. Just took my wife's laptop in for a cleanup for no charge after she got into a repeating scam that kept re-appearing. I wish there was shorter wait time for in store appointments (usually 1 to 3 days out), but value received is worth the wait.
