This has been the best as it allows me to have Webroot protection on 3 items/ every month, there was a problem withdown loads and the geeksquard fixed them for free due to this membership. That would have been hundreds of dollars otherwise

Thankfully with the help of my Best Buy total membership I was able to get the assistance I needed to repair my pc, apparently my ram had short circuited resulting in my pc not being able to boot but GeekSquad figured out the issue thanks!

I will say this is pretty handy. So far the upside is once a year no matter how many products. Not much to write other than the price is fair if you make a few purchases a year.

It is good to know you have the Geek Squad on your side if things go wrong. So far the customer service has been great!

Not impressed with geek squad support after the location for support changed. Bought a new computer and there were issues with it. Took it in to geek squad three times and it's still not working right. They told me each time that it was fixed, but their monitors weren't working in the store, so they couldn't show me. I had to take the computer home where I would find out that it was not working. I'm so unimpressed that I am now going to pay out of pocket to have someone who is qualified to work on computers come and actually fix the issue. I'll most likely be canceling the total membership as it doesn't seem worth it (in this area) when unqualified people are the ones to help you out. Getting 2 stars because the people are at least really nice and try to help, it's one thing to be nice, but they don't seem to know what they are doing. (at least at the Baybrook, TX location). I will say that I've been to other locations that were good, but out here, I'll steer people away.

Well, I think Best Buy is going to lose money on my membership. Technology changed so much that I am lost using my new laptop. Geek squad to the recuse. My neighbor has shown me how to turn it off and find minimized screens. It's on Geek Squad to help me through the rest. Money well spend.

We used this when buying a new computer and having geek squad set everything up. Already saved more than membership cost. Also received $50 coupon to use in store.

The people at Geek Squad are awesome. They were super helpful and communicative, answering all my questions and walking me through their process. I have a peace of mind knowing that if I have issues with my PC, they'll be able to help me out. I would highly recommend getting a membership.
