I like this membership. I live close to Best Buy and find myself going in at least 1X a month to have Geek Squad fix stuff on my computer. It is a great service. On the other hand, I do NOT recommend EVER using their online chat service. It is terrible! You wait forever. The first person you speak to is not qualified so they move you up to next level and so on. Most of the time I have not had any success with the online chat.

Easy to reach Geek Squad or Support services for any and all questions. The most gracious agents answer respectfully. Includes any and all tech without additional charges.

Having toddlers im sure alot of parents have to spend extra money on tablets and game repairs. Having Best Buy total tech support has already proven beneficial and has saved me hundreds. Also the deals they offer members have been great as i am loving my new air fryer that i was able to get for 60 bucks.

Love having this Total Tech membership. It has saved me a lot of money, makes it easy for repairs and assists with all sorts of purchases, not just computer related. I've had it for several years and I'm always pleased to have it when I need it!

Our Best Buy Membership has saved us a ton of money. We have service on our computers and advice. They install everything when you buy a new computer, help if you need to defrag or it breaks. Also, the service is quick turn around. This last time we got a great discount on a new computer. Thanks, Best Buy!

It may seem expensive until you need service. Then, you can get the help you need without expensive cost. In fact, there has never been a charge no matter what!

Overall, I've been happy with the plan. I don't often have problems with my computer and accessories. It is nice to know that when I do, they are covered by the plan.

I’ve had this for several years… this time it auto renewed by using my debit card and I lost my Ibotta credit ($20) because it did it automatically and defaulted to my debit card instead of my Best Buy credit card. Next year I’ll have to remove all methods of payment and be more in control

I was glad to have this protection had my tv mounted on the wall with no charge, came out did check on a stove that I did not purchase from best buy, I decided to purchase a new stove from Best Buy. Have use the Geek squad to remove virus from my computer and to check out a problem that I had with a tv.
