Total Tech has been great up to last month when I found out they no longer offer free delivery and install. I have always told anyone I could about it and that will probably stop. I will continue to be a member, and but at the store and on line unfortunately like the rest of the Corporate world don’t want to take care of their customers.

It’s great having the Geek Squad support and knowing I can count on them.

Great membership, it covers all our computers, even ones we got elsewhere. Last time we did not renew it (which was a long time ago) we had a computer go down and we got started back up and have been with them ever since. Just good knowing we have it. Also like getting movies and other things ship to our home with no shipping charge. Love it.

This membership plan is absolutely the best plan there is for all your electronics the geek squad is absolutely the best.

The membership is good to have. Only thing is you pay extra for hanging tvs. But you can get help in a pinch if online help is needed.

Membership is very good. Covers all appliances and equipment, free installation when you purchased an item. Staff is professional and is fairly quick. It give me peace of mind that if any item covered under my membership breaks, I can get it fixed without additional costs.

Geek Squad at the Glen Allen, VA store has provided exceptional service since 2013.

I have been a Geek Squad member for over 12 years. I have made several purchases during this time and also used the services of IT specialists. All associates have been extremely patient and helpful when I need assistance. Extended warranties and delivery and installation an added bonus.

It is a real value to me. My computer got hacked. But just with a phone call ,they where abke to solve problem with in 30mins
