I admit, it was confusing to understand the membership details, in comparison to Geek Squad coverage. After understanding, i purchased and it was totally worth it. Immediately earned rewards on the purchase. Two weeks later, the purchase was on sale and we received almost 150 back as part of the program when i went in to "price match the sale." The membership has paid for itself already!

Don't even think twice about this, just get it! You will thank yourself later! This is definitely one of the reasons why I stick with BestBuy.

I purchased a new computer along with the Best Buy Membership. I immediately used my membership to have the Geek Squad to set it up.

I am very pleased with my new computer. It does everything they said it would and the Geek squad at Best Buy transferred all my files from my old to my new and everything has been great!!! So happy I went to Best Buy and didn't try to do all this on my own.

I am impressed by Best Buy's reward system, and the representative provided comprehensive and accurate information regarding the products offered.

Geek Squad Membership pays for itself within one time of needing help. I called in and they went directly into my laptop and fixed my printer. I could not have done this on my own.

If you buy a lot of electronics then im sure its worth it. They removed the Free Install bonus which is the only reason I signed up to be honest. Didnt cancel renewal before it processed so im locked in for another year. Member pricing on some things is pretty good but not too sure its worth the cost of the membership. Free warranties are nice but if you arent hard on things then you will probably never really need it so again, not too sure if its worth the yearly membership. I only signed up because I was buying appliances and with each install, delivery fee, and haul away fee it was cheaper to sign up for the membership but since they have removed the free install and free haul away perks so the value for the money isnt there anymore. I have a reminder to cancel a few days before it renews next year.

This membership us a great value, and was very useful when my hone computer netwirk was hacked. Geek Squad fixed my issues quickly.

The Geek Squad technicians are worth far more than the membership price. They are patient, knowledgeable an expert in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

My overall experience was great! I knew the qualities I wanted in my purchase of a laptop, however what I didn’t know is that I’d be getting a priceless customer service and support! The employee who not only took the time to explain the choices but the specs of each option! The employee really wanted to make sure I was fully informed and threw his own skillful expertise into his explanation. The employee also was super patient and was polite and VERY charismatic. I’ve yet to enter another store where I’ve recieved the exact extraordinary service I was provided from this employee. I unfortunately forgot his name but I absolutely think he is in order for praise and promotion for representing BESTBUY with integrity and pride!!!

Membership vaules probably gonn pay for itself by the time you check out adds extra benefits worth having

I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.

I went in to renew my Total Membership on August 30th at the Port Richey, FL store so that we could obtain the NFL package. The girl that assisted me was very pleasant and thorough and was able to successfully enroll me in this program. Thanks for the program and the wonderful customer service.

O was vastly relieved to get my membership for The Geek Squad at Best Buy! I’m not very good with computers, and everyone I spoke to at the Help Desk was patient and helpful! I got one problem sorted out almost immediately, and I won’t hesitate to make another appointment for some other devices!
