Love having this membership and not having to worry so much when an issue arises with our electronics. It is a bit sadder every year when it seems the membership is the same price but less items are being covered. However, I still find it beneficial and will keep.

I did enjoy it however with the economy, i had to cancel. I wish I could keep my membership but ut became too expensive for me unfortunately
