I love having Best Buy total, I just bought a wash machine and got a two-year warranty because I had this extra protection. It also covers up to three computers. I bought my daughters apple laptop recently, and it also comes with a lifetime warranty.

Great membership saves you money in short term and long term

With Best Buy Total, I had a damaged cell phone, the screen was cracked, and I was able to replace the cell phone free of charge (up to the value of the purchase price of the cell phone damaged). This was a warranty thru having Best Buy Total for a year on cell phone purchased there.

Really comes in handy when you need repairs or anything that needs trade in. Great value to cover routine maintenance as well.

This is the best "insurance" to have -- especially if Best Buy is your "go-to" store for anything technical -- tv's, phones, etc.

A little confusing now. We are seniors and there were applications etc that we are not familiar with - ex: co-pilot - and things just don't work the same but we will get the hang of it.

This membership is worth the price. Had to use the geek squad a few times with it and it pays for itself.

I first got my Geek squad membership for my computers, and when I purchased my appliances, the installation was free. I had forgotten about my membership and when I started given the salesperson my information, they said that I was a member. I really didn't know about all the perks offered with the membership; it was great.

This represents a terrific value. Access to the Geek Squad for unlimited support is worth the price alone but the added warranty coverage on purchases is an added bonus.
