I do like having the benefits with this membership, extra time with warranty and I’ve had it for at least five years in Best Buy. Peak squad has been great to me by rearranging wires in a PC and installing screensavers.

Great service and saves me a lot of money through the year in installation, service, maintenance or warranty costs. Only worth it if you are buying, installing or upgrading things constantly. I bought a new house and slowly but surely added many appliances and consumer electronics.

There’s nothing “total” about this membership anymore. No more delivery and install, no more car audio install, limited computer geek squad support, there’s still value in the 2 year warranty on purchases, but that’s about it. They keep removing benefits, and just increased the price.

This membership is a real value. Peace of mind because members get free geek squad service. For the value you can't beat it. I have had this service for lots of years.

I like this membership. I live close to Best Buy and find myself going in at least 1X a month to have Geek Squad fix stuff on my computer. It is a great service. On the other hand, I do NOT recommend EVER using their online chat service. It is terrible! You wait forever. The first person you speak to is not qualified so they move you up to next level and so on. Most of the time I have not had any success with the online chat.
