You won’t be disappointed, any tech you buy it’s covered by this membership warranty. I’ve used it a few times already and I will keep the warranty as long as they have the program. Just an amazing support that gives you peace of mind.

Great value in today's technical driven world. Purchasing new equipment and updating and or maintaining existing devices is not much of a worry when you have the Best Buy Total

This membership is a great value. I was able to get multiple TV's mounted for less than the cost of one TV mounting plus you get all of the other membership benefits.

Ive used the Best Buy Total Tech package a few times to have appliances installed for free (materials excluded) and also to have a laptop repaired. Its a good value for insurance and if you expect to buy appliances. Its also good for hanging TVs.

I saw the email about the transition of the new membership. Although I understand the reasoning, I wish that the anti-virus remained as part of the package. As a member for 7+ years that is one of the things I really enjoyed. There should be a package where folks that enjoy the anti-virus and the in-home installations in a separate package. Food for thought ;-)

I did not think I would like this new membership, but it turned out to be great . I love to fact that I get coverage on the other items that I buy. I also love to fight that my Apple products are automatically covered. Thank you.

I love total tech because I always get the best offers available. Even early access in some cases not to mention the 24 month protection/warranty on most everything I buy! Been a member for 3 years and I dont see a good reason to opt out!

Every time that I have had a question regarding my coverage and problems with equipment, I have received prompt and courteous attention with enough information for me to get the problem resolved.

Sometimes every brand out there has a bad day, items wear down fast, or sometimes things just happen. The total tech membership with the insurance on purchased items is invaluable as all brands are different and this rogram lets me make bold purchases without fear or regret. Peace of mind with high dollar items is a luxury you will be happy to have every holiday season as well as birthdays etc.

This is some of the best money I have spent in the last three years. Help over the phone any time. it warranty's anything i buy including my new appliances from Best Buy. new range, micro hood, and dishwasher delivered and installed as part of my membership.
