Having been out of the workforce do to illness for many years, computers had evolved way past my abilities. I appreciate have Geek Squad to back me up when I have any problems I have in a timely manner!

This has come in handy every year when I needed devices checked out or repaired. The only problem I have is that they won't work with you as a walk in anymore like they used to. You have an appointment.

With Total I can get all kinds of instruction on all my devices whether I bought them at Best buy or not. What a Time saver for me when I just can't seem to figure it out! Not to mention if I have an issue that needs to be repaired.

I love my best buy and the Geek squad are the best for older people. If I have a problem I just call they take over computer and fix the problem. They even walk you through the process of them taking over. I have told all my friends you have to have it.
