Very glad we have this. we have had to use both geek squad and warranty. features and used several times on total Membership buys! For ageing people this is the best membership to have.

I found having this membership so very helpful. I do not hesitate to go Best Buy with problems for any of my electronics. There technical support is invaluable. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Total protection is real value when you consider anything can happen, at any time. All of our electronic devices are enrolled, as well as all appliances.

I have had Geek Squad protection for many years and have appreciated being able to call them for support. I am sad that now installation is not included in the package.

I like that all my electronics are covered in case I need necessary repairs, whether or not I bought them at Best Buy. Recently had to upgrade computer I bought long before I went to Best Buy for my electronics.

I thought this was way too expensive. But I buy mostly apple products and everything I buy gets protection coverage. So it really pays for itself. Not to mention when I need help from geek squad. They are just plain awesome!

I love having the Best Buy Total. I have had it for several years and I have used it with problems with my PC. Just knowing someone can help if I have any problems or questions!

Membership worth it when have issues or just need a question answered

You know, this renews every year, and I just keep paying for it. Sometimes I get my money's worth by buying something expensive, and once it replaced a defective FitBit after a little bit of resistance. Usually it's just money in the BB coffers. Bugs me that it won't pay for audio installation in cars anymore. Your call whether you want to get it or not.

What a value! Geek Squad total tech is definitely worth the price. Off-shore phone service leaves much to be desired, spent hours on the phone with no results. But in-store and home appointment support is outstanding.

I've been really happy with my membership. There are so many benefits that's it's more than worth it. If nothing else, buy all of your Apple devices through Best Buy and you'll make more than your money back though the free AppleCare.

I feel like I am more protected knowing the Squad is there for me whenever I need them. I rely on them to keep me up and running. The price may seem a bit high, but all the attention you get is well worth it.

The Geek squad has provided me with good service both in store and remotely. The warranty coverage after the sale has been good as well. My tech skills are ok, so having this coverage has been very worthwhile.

A little pricey but absolutely worth it. No shipping fees, easy fixes and/or returns, all my devices covered. Even discounts I wasn’t aware of. All good.
