Love the free home delivery and other perks have saved a lot of money and also gotten good in house tech support. Sad they’ve dropped the points progeam as was nice to esrn some points for free/discounted stuff. Best perk is the free applecare which goes without saying yet must be said — along with the free apple “trials” we love scoring apple music,fitness etc for free!

Still a valuable asset. But they policies have changed reducing the benefits.

I HAVE HAD BEST BUY MEMBERSHIP FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I GOT IT WHEN I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER. I HAVE USE THEM ON SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE PAST 5 YEARS. WITH NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET, I HAVE HAD ALL MY COMPUTER ISSUES FIX.

Sure feels great to have this kind of protection. They were able to install my old software onto my new laptop as well and make sure everything was up and running.

Best overall coverage and very useful. (i do wish they would do something about the phone computer you have to go through to get to a live body.)

There is nothing bad to say about TOTAL Protection

If you have any electrical device and you don't have Best Buy Total, you will be spending a lot more money than necessary. I have auto renewal ( have had for years!), so I don't forget.

Total tech and Geek Squad have been life savers, especially for my family. We are of the older generation and wirhout Total tech we would be lost. People are friendly, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable.

Such a great deal. One of the reasons I buy my technology mainly from Best Buy: the support. Its easy to buy something. Totally different aituarion when/if something goes wrong...highly recommend this package. Great peace of mind.

Dependable service when life happens. Sometimes what you buy is just not the best fit or something is broken/unfixable. I have had great responsiveness from the Total Tech team over the last few years of being subscribed.

The techs are always helpful and know their stuff. They don't talk down to you and listen carefully. Plus the delivery & take away option for appliances, etc, is well worth the subscription alone.
