It’s nice to have the membership. I just bought some expensive items for the house and because of this i got extra warranty and free delivery.

best money i have ever spent. i feel safe now that my purchases will be taken care of. and i am assured that if i have a problem with the product or getting it installed that the geek squad is there.

Nice to have something in case anything goes wrong . Unfortunately they still have to send out the computer for 4-6 weeks which makes it difficult when you are a student.

I like having the membership because it save me money by giving me special discounts, early sale notifications and i don't have to buy the warranties because its all included.

I've had memberships with other companies, and they do not compare with Best Buy. The ease of becoming a member is easy, the staff at Geek Squad surpass all other electronic/home products in the US.

Been a member for about three years now. The call up system is a hit and a miss. The in Store folks get the job done! When the geek squad comes to your house, they also get the job done.

One of the primary reasons for the membership for me was the free installation. Once they eliminated that service and restructured offerings the membership simply did not seem as appealing anymore.

This mambership is a real value. I can contact BestBuy whenever I have an issue and they will walk me through it online or fix it for me. The home install and free delivery is also a plus.

This protection is well worth the price. I came from "corporate world" where there was always an IT department to fix issues. When I started a business I was on my own. This is like having your own IT department.
