I'm not techie, so having the Geek Squad 24/7 is great for someone like me. I have already had a great agent who got my older printer connected to my new computer.

Worth it for computer and geek squad appointments! You save so much cause of being a member. Plus any products you buy from Best Buy get covered by this membership

The membership has been a great benefit for me as I am not very techie. In the long run, I haven't had to use it much, but when I have needed it, it has been a life saver and has also saved me some money. It's great to have the backup of pros and to be able to ask questions and get help. For me it has definitely been worth the cost of the membership

I use the Geek Squad 2-3 times a year and have yet to stump them. I especially like I can call on my time from my home. They just dial into my computer and do their thing.

The Total Tech membership is a great value for price and comes in handy during general life events. I have been a member for several years. The service reps are very knowledgeable and eager to help with queries and concerns.

I love the fact that I don’t have to remember if I have protection on everything I buy. Plus I can look up an item on my membership and see when I bought it and even schedule maintenance

Overall membership gives you help with any problem that arise. I have had help with technical issues. The Best Buy staff are so helpful and having a membership makes it so easy.

This membership is still a good value especially on the computer end of things. Not so much on home appliance service. Total membership used to cover everthing. But, now they have scaled way back and only cover certain things for a brief period of time. They charged me $149 recently for a sevice appointment insisting that I was not a total member. I have been fighting with them to get back my money to no avail since November

Best Buy Total is nice to have! I have used it on my new computer when a proble with my old printer.

This is one of the reasons I only buy from best buy for all my technilogical needs. Keeps me safe.

Although We do not need it often, when things go wrong, or need a tune up, or when We purchase new items Total Tech not only saves me money, but We know it will be repaired or installed perfectly.
