I love the fact that you don't have to purchase an extra extended warranty because everything is covered. Even if you didn't purchase the product at best buy it's still is protected.

The membership is of great value to me. The cost is reasonable and the peace of mind having a tech available to answer my problems/questions.

Good to have in case there is an emergency with your appliances

Very disappointed in the new Total Tech programs installation policy. Best Buy should have grandfathered in loyal program members who have been members for years. Reducing the annual cost by $20.00 is meaningless. I would have been happier if the cost for the same previous benefits had increased even by $50.00. This was not a very smart move by Best Buy. If i had known about the elimination of the installation benefit i probably would not have spent over $800.00 on a TV at Best Buy, i would have bought it at Sams Club.

APALLINGLY IGNORANT Geek Squad techs told us they haven’t received any training on Microsoft’s New Outlook in Windows 11 during a fruitless two-hour session Jan. 14 at the Fort Lauderdale Best Buy. The meeting was held to try to straighten out problems caused by at least four earlier attempts to migrate from two Windows 10 computers to two new Windows 11 ones. Techs also said, among other misconceptions, that Windows 11 could not be set up to create two copies of new files, one for the hard drive and one for the cloud. One Experience Manager said he did not know of anyone who could fix our problems. We are sending this response to a general message asking for comment about Total Membership as it appears our meeting was marked as a no-show to avoid creating comment emails.

I would recommend this service to anyone who doesnt know much about technology. Geek squad members are very friendly and helpful. I couldnt run my equipment without them.

I dont like that they took in home maintenance on what i purchased. Otherwise they take care of your computer needs

I dudnt get his name but there is an asdociate that helped me buy my Samsung sound bar today and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. Even carried the sound bar to my car. Thank you.

I've had total tech for 3 years now and I love having this annual membership. Is so beneficial, the perks can't beat the price. Will miss the free installations though.
