My membership is a real value. I am confident when I have issues that need to be fixed the Geek Squad will be there to fix them ALL.

The Geek squad has provided me with good service both in store and remotely. The warranty coverage after the sale has been good as well. My tech skills are ok, so having this coverage has been very worthwhile.

We use best buy because they stand by their customer service and their products. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.

I HAVE HAD BEST BUY MEMBERSHIP FOR OVER 5 YEARS. I GOT IT WHEN I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER. I HAVE USE THEM ON SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE PAST 5 YEARS. WITH NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET, I HAVE HAD ALL MY COMPUTER ISSUES FIX.

I don’t know what I would do without this. My kids always have something not work.

I have had Geek Squad protection for many years and have appreciated being able to call them for support. I am sad that now installation is not included in the package.

I’ve been a member for a very long time. The service used to be a lot better. I wish there were more dedicated American a based customer service and quick access to IT assistance at walk in locations. Also higher qualified staff for home installs would be good.

Total tech and Geek Squad have been life savers, especially for my family. We are of the older generation and wirhout Total tech we would be lost. People are friendly, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable.

Darn I forgot to turn off auto renew. Don’t forget to check your auto renew! Still useful however. Free two day shipping rocks.
