They did a workaround from my Outlook not real happy with it, but I think it’s the program not the agent.

I've had memberships with other companies, and they do not compare with Best Buy. The ease of becoming a member is easy, the staff at Geek Squad surpass all other electronic/home products in the US.

I always had geek squad. And one day a tech came to the house to set a new product i bought . And i was sold.

Was having a problem with my internet provider. Best Buy person explained the issue and how to troubleshoot better than anyone in many hours talking. To the service provider. All tech people are knowledgable and patient.

This protection is well worth the price. I came from "corporate world" where there was always an IT department to fix issues. When I started a business I was on my own. This is like having your own IT department.
