Although We do not need it often, when things go wrong, or need a tune up, or when We purchase new items Total Tech not only saves me money, but We know it will be repaired or installed perfectly.

My BestBuy Total Membership is very important to me. I am not very tech savvy. I appreciate being able to set up appointments for the help I have needed. Every Geek Squad Technician has been knowledgeable and excellent at fixing problems with different instruments I own. They also are personable and respectful.

The Toral Tech membership is great for those with multiple electronics in their home. The online tech and instore services are a must, especially for those not tech savvy.

Excellent program that takes all of the stress and worries in purchasing all technical products and in the upkeep of existing products!

I usually say this is the BEST TOP Value. I had to have Geek Squad out to work on my computer, connect 2 TVs & fix my CD player to where I could play music 24/7 I had to pay $286+++ dollars & the TV's work but my computer still has some issues & the CD player worked until they drove off. I went into the BEST Buy & talked to Geek Squad & the technician said it depends on the manager. i asked for the Geek Squad to return as I had 30 days & even sent in 2 requests No one showed up and no one contacted me and I spent all that $$$ for jobs incomplete. This is the first time my Warranty did not pay off.

This memborship is everything, from the Geek Squad support to having the peace of mind that I can find an expert when I have a need with any of my electronics.

We bought several items this year new tv, new soundbar, geek squad installation, Jbl portable speaker. I liked that we got free extended warranty’s on all items. We also like the longer return policy.

The membership has given as the security of having one company for repairing our appliances. Every tech has been on, kind, and does the job so well.

We’ve been in this ‘club’ for a few years. Generally worthwhile, but wish it had a few perks that existed years ago, like members only nights (at employee prices!), or any other discoubts on substantial items.
