Great value and really simplifies the purchase of electronics and appliances. Best Buy total is quite reliable. We had a damaged refrigerator delivered and they immediately exchanged it. Love it!

So many benefits it pays for itself in one appliance purchase! I just ordered a Samsung dishwasher, and I am getting free delivery, free install, and free haul away! Plus product repair plan! It’s worth the money.

This is not my first OtterBox. I like the grip it gives me on the phone, but when it does drop, it’s well protected. The soft covers over the charging vent keep it dry in the rain. A definite five star product.

I've had this program for several years now. I can't imagine not having this service. It's not always convenient to take my laptop to the shop and this helps me avoid that.

This plan was awesome whenever my security software was a part of my bundle. Now that it's not, I dont have as much of a need for the plan as I don't purchase tons of items from Best Buy. However, this plan is great if you buy high ticket items as it will help you greatly if something breaks or gets damaged over the first couple years of ownership.

So glad I signed up for this. Prices are great convenience is even better
