I brought my HP laptop in for a diagnosis because of very slow operation. It was determined that the hard drive needed replacement. Figuring the cost of diagnosis and repair, it became obvious that purchase of the Best Buy Total membership what's the way to go. The membership would cover future diagnosis and repairs on this and other electronics, as well as cloning my desktop to a new desktop which I will be buying later this year. The membership includes many other benefits and a discounts.

The service can be good. One suggestion - level 2 Technicians need to talk to customers before they do anything.

Love the peace of mind, great value, saved me quite a bit of money after my hard drive stopped working. Highly recommend if you have a laptop or PC.

I never realized how much membership covered and I had several computers that need to be looked at for repair. Once I purchased this membership, I was able to bring them all in to make sure that they were an operating order especially for my business. I am so grateful. And the team does such a great job.

Must buy! When you log in you see all the products you ever bought and is covered. I bought an apple macbook pro which comes with apple care due to this total and 4 airpods all came with apple care. this alone save me about $500. I also bought home stereo system from sonos through best buy which is covered, some TV/s and also I just took my smart robo vacum after 2 years due to battery issue, they sent it in and then called me back and said they will refund me 100% of what I paid on gift card! Amazing. Only thing is I wish they could have done it as an exchange because same vacuum is now $200 more, but that is still good and if I get my $2300 I paid for this laptop in 2 years for a defect, I will be over the moon :)

I have had very good relationships at Best Buy. I got a new Sasmsung phone and am very pleased with it, then got an HP Pavilion. Geek Squad set it up for me and greatly smoothed the transition. I appreciate Geek Squad very much. Thanks.

Definitely worth the investment. The GEEKs were able to fix all issues and get my new iMac up and running, including transferring all data from my old computer.

I wasn't even aware of the membership, but the salesperson was very helpful in sharing with me the advantages of the becoming a member.
