It seems steep, but it covers the warranty for every big item purchased with it. Value is high in my house hold

It’s worth the money and investment to pay for extended product protection plan after buying the important devices we pay good money for. Best Buy is always number 1 for providing peace of mind when things malfunction on their own or if there is even a mishap of dropping your electronics and causing accidental damage.

membership is a real value. I have faith that my tv will not break for years but if it does, I know my membership will take care of it.

We've been a member of Best Buy Total since late 2019. It is great. If you don't want to be a techie but want you computer/devices to be in top shape then this program is for you. We actually purchased two memberships, one for ourselves and one for my sister-in-law, for her autistic son who is very hard on his computers. How good is it for them, let's just say that the Geek Squad knows the by name. Really, if you just don't want to be troubled by adding in new software, fixing a computer that crashes, making sure your updates are running properly...purchase the membership. There are other perks, too, but the one we use the most is the computer support.

Our experience of purchasing a new computer was awesome. It had been 24 years since our last computer purchase. Of course, many new and exciting features are now available. Our sales representative was very knowledgeable about what each computer offered.

My son had several issues with his PC. The Geek Squad fixed the issues and the computer is great.

I won't liem It depends for people. If you do not come often, it is not the best. If you don't buy many phones, tablets or computers, it can be ehh? good for small tvs but anything with geeksquad coming to house? It still can cost (unless promotion says otherwise). I like it with my family being very non tech savy.
