Really great to have that peace of mind on every device purchased but having that “fee” when ever something does go wrong and being limited to a certain amount of uses then what’s the point of paying almost $200 a year and if it’s not used it’s like buying a new device every year but with out getting anything. Maybe if the fee was way less to get something fixed or fee free then the current annual price is justifiable

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop recently. I opted for the Best Buy Total membership. They transferred all of my data from my older laptop that didn't even turn on anymore over to my new Laptop. I asked them to help out on a few more settings and a few programs I wanted loaded. All of my requests were handled professionally and respectfully.

The Best Buy Total membership has been worth it for me. The discounts on member prices add up quickly, and having Geek Squad support included gives peace of mind with big purchases. I also like that protection plans are easier to manage with the membership. It really helps if you shop at Best Buy often, since the savings and support cover the cost of the membership pretty fast.
