Bought a new computer and wanted to transfer the info from my old computer but am computer inept so wanted to have it done for me. By getting the Total membership it cost me nothing and I have continuing help for the next year. Already paid for itself! Thanks!!

The Geek Squad has fixed things for me numerous times, usually they can do it over the internet without me having to leave my house.

The Geek squad was great and very quick to find any problems and to get my computer back to me .

3 year member, I was very disappointed when my membership had an expired card on it. I contacted them 4 days too late to rectify. No w, ALL OF MY WARRANTIES ARE NULL AND VOID. My account still shows all of them. But I am out of luck. I called. The "back" office was supposed to contact me, but its been 5 DAYS, nothing. Now way to contact for help to fix. So, I paid more to go with Best Buy and now it kind of wasn't worth it without the coverage,

I signed up for this based on the warranty information and support. Not sure if i will continue as it is expensive

This membership will save me from having to have any hassle of paying more for a repair from my laptop to any item I buy, it is covered and I get some peace of mind knowing I dont have to worry about things if they go wonky.

If tech help is needed it is nice to know that I have a place to go and techs there know what to do in order to get you back to the many jobs that our computers do for us today.

My mom lock herself out of her phone she has dementia and after multiple attempts to unlock it we came to Bestbuy . Bestbuy took care of the issue and there was no charge for the service because I purchased my membership! Nice work and thank you for your great service!
