    My husband transferred all of our info from our old computer to our new one and it was a mess. Took it to Geek Squad, they could see that our problem was not a simple one so they offered the membership plan and we jumped on it. It was a great decision. It took them a little while to straighten it all out but what it would have cost us across the board with no membership would have been substantial I am sure. Thank God for the membership plan.

    I like my new KitchenAid Dishwasher & Stove. Excellent installation service & service call. Installation crew came on time & left very clean. Products were cheaper than any competitors. I bought tv for my father also which is delivering on Tuesday February 17th. 2026.

    My best buy total membership is definitely a great value. we have used it many times with our computers. for initial set up and for figuring out problems with them. When we purchased a high end TV the came in and set it up so that it had everything we needed on it showed us how to use it with streaming services etc.. The service tech are always very professional. They Made sure we understood everything before they left.

    Love it, was not a fan of the price at first but i have more than gotten my value out if this, Im going ti be renewing each year. Everything Ive bought comes with 2 year protection, devices can be taken in and worked on wheather i biught from best buy or not PCs can be upgraded/built with parts i bought elsewhere or if i get from there its much quicker and decent deals.

    I am very happy with My Best Buy Total membership so far. The team was extremely helpful with diagnosing my laptop and getting it back into great shape and I feel confident that I have any issues with any of my devices in the future that they could help me resolve it.

    If you buy multiple electronics a year, this is the best service imaginable. The price of mind is top tier. If your product malfunctions or stops functioning (as long as you don’t fully destroy it yourself) and If you pass the return policy, you can bring your product in for an exchange or store credit. It is so nice to know you are covered and don’t just have a useless broken product. Best Buy has you covered!

    I have had my Total Tech Membership for years. It has often gotten me out of a jam. When I was told by four "computer experts" that my hard drive was fried and I would not be able to get any of my data off of it, Geek squad not only recovered my data. They also restored my computer to proper operation.

    My Best Buy Total membership is the best money I have ever spent. I am going through identity theft and the guys at the Southpark Meadows store in Austin; especially Sam and Angel know their stuff and are so kind and patient! I recommend buying all of your electronics at Best Buy and don't forget to sign up for My Best Buy Total membership!

    Signed up for the Geek Squad based on a recommendation from my cousin, and she was 100% correct despite being on the other side of the country. It's a bargain and service was fast to do a data transfer to my new desktop and do some work on an older laptop. Love being able to call with questions anytime on the 888#, and calls are answered right away. The ESL speakers need to be reminded to speak slowly, though.

    I bought this plan after I already purchased a television that I had somewhat immediate issues with. This was an ongoing project and the installation took me past my return period on the television I purchased without total membership, and that's when I started finding issues with my purchase of the television. I wish I had gotten this ahead of time. Even though I haven't had personal experience from a total membership product warranty/replacemen yet, however I just wish I had local support from TOTAL rather than the dead ends I've been getting in resolving my issues with the television manufacturer.

    This membership has proven to be quite valuable. I have utilized the benefits through a needed replacement of an item, for technical questions to the Geek Squad and face to face technical assistance in the store. If you buy items from Best Buy it would be to your advantage to become a total member.

    I like how all the product I buy at BestBuy are automatically get covered by the Total Protection plan at checkout and its very convenient. My only drawback is its a little pricey for the subscription unless you have a lot of items and cannot extend warranty passed two years...but i trust BestBuy

    Best Buy Total is really useful if you buy tech often. The free protection, tech support, and included installation services make it feel worth the price. As a college student, it’s convenient knowing I can get help with setups, repairs, or issues without extra fees.     I love it when I purchase something that presents itself as money-saving and convenient, and turns out to be exactly as presented. This membership saves me from sitting in front of family members' computers, over my head in software, and picking at random things hoping they will turn out to fix the problem at hand. I just take the item I'm struggling with to the Geek Squad, and they fix it. My only complaint is they are so pressured for time because this service is so popular, that they don't get to thoroughly explain what they've done.

    I got this membership mainly for the Geek Squad Support as we have several computers that always seem to need help. However, I was surprised and pleased with all the other benefits that come with the membership. The techs are pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with it all!

    I love the bestbuy membership. It's peace of mind that they stand behind every tech item or appliance that i buy for 2 years. I've bought smart devices like TVs, samsung Dishwashers, samsung smart fridge, damsung cooktop, ipad, laptops, etc You can't beat it!

    The membership was great for a new laptop I bought and switching the info on my old laptop to the new one. It did not help when I bought a Bushnell View on line and used a rewards certificate. I returned it because Bushnell came out with a new model for the same price. Best Buy refunded my money but not the rewards certificate. I was told when I returned it the reward would be added back to my account, but after a week and I called it was not. I was then told rewards are not reusable. I thought I the membership should have helped me with customer service.

    A Great Way to Handle Tricky Computer Issues

    Done right and on time. My son needed to upgrade his computer and operating system for his school work and needed to make sure that everything on his Windows 10 computer was correctly moved over to Windows 11. You can try and do it yourself, but if you want to make sure it is done right, this is the way to go.
