I love my membership it’s very useful if any of my items have an issue I take in and they fix the solution right away very helpful the membership is cheap for the amount of items it covers love it

I love Best Buy. I love its total membership plan. I buy all my appliances all my electronics from Best Buy pacifically for the membership and his plan wouldn’t have it any other way.!

If tech help is needed it is nice to know that I have a place to go and techs there know what to do in order to get you back to the many jobs that our computers do for us today.

My mom lock herself out of her phone she has dementia and after multiple attempts to unlock it we came to Bestbuy . Bestbuy took care of the issue and there was no charge for the service because I purchased my membership! Nice work and thank you for your great service!

The technician was extremely helpful and getting my computer set up. The only thing I would say is to make sure you tell your client everything that they need because I had to go in six different times to take something for the computer because they told me I did not need these things and then turned around and said I did
