I absolutely love having the membership. I have to admit I haven’t had much use of its full potential but for the features and amenities it’s awesome! I tell everyone they need it!!!!

Good membership. I have multiple Apple devices. Repair older iMac a while ago and was repair very quickly. Price isn’t bad if you have lots of devices

Best Buy total membership has already paid for itself. The Geek Squad has already cleaned malware off my laptop twice and my membership is only 7 weeks old. I look forward to using the other benefits, IE the longer return times and discounts over the holidays. GREAT investment! WB

I don't always need these but with a pair of new AirPods and a new laptop: it has already paid for itself by avoiding the more costly Apple Care and Geek Squad cost if we didn't have it.

I think over all its a good buy its the warranty for my tablets and other ithems that i purchase

I needed a transfer from one computer to another which would have cost more than the price of this membership. Saved me money and I have it for a year if they are needed again.

A no brainer for anyone making more than one tech purchase per year. The 2 years of free Applecare on my new watch and 2 years of warranty on my ROG Ally X alone pays for the membership.

I feel like it is a required membership because we own a laptop that we purchased from best buy, however I feel like its to expensive for just the 1 item. I have a college student and wasnt offered software at student discount and cant change so its very expensive but necessary

This membership has saved me a lot of time, money and headaches over the years. It provides protection for 24 months on all products (AppleCare if it is an Apple product.) Could not be happier with it. If you are someone who uses technology a lot, I would recommend it.

The geek squad is so helpful with many things. Answering questions and fixing things that I don’t know how. The older I get I need them more.

This membership is a piece of mind knowing that the Geek Squad is always there. I had a significant issue with my laptop which was resolved and covered under the membership. My cost of the membership was basically paid for when my laptop problem was solved!
