Best Buy's membership gives me ease of mind. I have all of appliances as well as technology for the family and extended family all with Best Buy, having the Total Tech membership reassures me that if something breaks or a screen cracks, Best Buy will step in and fix it and I don't have to.

Best Buy Totaltech is absolutely worth it. The unlimited Geek Squad support, exclusive member pricing, and extended protection plans make it a smart investment. I like the peace of mind knowing I can get help anytime I need it, plus the savings on big purchases add up quickly. Highly recommend if you shop at Best Buy often.

We have had this service for several years now. The Geek personnel have always provided the expertise we needed to solve problems. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I just recently purchased this support membership, becasue I hade a remote service for many years and they must have been sold to a company that is not ablut helping but, more about scamming and getting you to pay for fixing issues you don't even have. If you have ever used a comany by US TECH SUPPORT BECAREFUL!

While I dislike buying warranty. This is the only one that I do purchase that covers all of my items.

I really forgot to get this membership and never had any problems for almost 5 years until I git a virus and got to the store when it opened and they were able to help me right away. This is truly a great membership to have and a great value

I’m still kinda not sure why I pay for this. It’s quite expensive for the possibility something could happen one day and I honestly don’t remember what’s covered. I’ve been paying for years and never had to use, which is a good thing I guess. I’ll update if I ever do
