I’m still kinda not sure why I pay for this. It’s quite expensive for the possibility something could happen one day and I honestly don’t remember what’s covered. I’ve been paying for years and never had to use, which is a good thing I guess. I’ll update if I ever do

It would Be a good value IF i could get things straightened out. Alas, they informed me i eould have to pay Geek Squad again to redo what they undid the first time they came. We've had an appointment at the store, so half the problem is solved but they want to charge me $120.00 to come out and plug in the telephone, computer scanner, lamp and other electronics they un plugged while the boss was working at the other computer.

I was amazed at the service I received after joining their club. I saved hundreds on repair work and virus removal. I’m very satisfied as my old PC guy was not as good or professional.

Geek Squad has been there for me through the past few years, I'm so glad I have them to service my Computer and to add anti-virus for me when needed. they do a thorough job of getting rid of anything that will damage my computer. And I am so glad they can do everything I can't do to keep my computer safe and sound. Have been hacked a few times, and they totally fixed the problem for me. Thank you Geek Squad

I took every year you know it's always good to but the best came they're so good at what they do I don't really use it as much as I thought I would but I do love it and I do highly recommend it

My bestbuy total membership is awesome. If I can not figure it out I aways use my plan and contact geek squad or schedule an appointment to bring in my item for evaluation.

Needed to protect my laptop in case something goes wrong. Although, kinda pricey I felt it was the best thing to do
