I find the membership worth as it’s giving extended warranty and also the real quick assistance for the product you buy . Also with this you buy a peace of mind .

I would definitely recommend the Best Buy Total membership. As a frequent shopper at Best Buy, this membership has become indispensable for me. The points and discounts make it easy to save money on top of what I already save by using my best buy credit card. I am saving money, which is nice. I love that I get free two-day shipping, and they have a convenient service that allows me to return anything in the store. I would absolutely recommend that my friends get this membership.

It would Be a good value IF i could get things straightened out. Alas, they informed me i eould have to pay Geek Squad again to redo what they undid the first time they came. We've had an appointment at the store, so half the problem is solved but they want to charge me $120.00 to come out and plug in the telephone, computer scanner, lamp and other electronics they un plugged while the boss was working at the other computer.

I was amazed at the service I received after joining their club. I saved hundreds on repair work and virus removal. I’m very satisfied as my old PC guy was not as good or professional.

I’m still kinda not sure why I pay for this. It’s quite expensive for the possibility something could happen one day and I honestly don’t remember what’s covered. I’ve been paying for years and never had to use, which is a good thing I guess. I’ll update if I ever do

Initially I thought I wouldn't need ALL the services offered with Total Reward Membership. I utilized it twice and paid off my card. I became in need of Geek Squad and customer service for the online protection. It wasn't until the need that I was convinced this was a much needed and great purchase! I've had to utilize the service at the Best Buy store (Geek Squad). I have also called at 11pm @ night for online support services from the 24/7 customer care. I received the best customer service, patience and problem solving online late at night. The annual fee does seem slightly costly and I would prefer a lower price. If I do not utilize the services anymore for the next 9 months, the program has truly assisted me when in need the past 3 months. I paid nothing (or very little for parts) upfront/in the end of service because its included with the annual program fee.

The Best Buy membership gives me financial peace of mind and convenience. I believe that having this membership shields me from the high cost of unexpected repairs and avoids the hassle of finding and scheduling a reliable repair service yourself.

I use this for free installation and product maintenance. It has helped with multiple appliances.
