definitely worth it...even if you just want extra warranty coverage for all your purchases...special members only sneek previews and offers...an added plus if you also need geek services also...would recommend for the price and convience.

I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop (nothing remotely serious), but everytime I went into the store the counter men were great. Kudos and thank yous to Evan Besser, Jon Herra & Matt Harrington, and anyone in the back who helped us. Everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.

I’ve had the Totaltech membership for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The free 24/7 tech support and extended warranty on most purchases give me real peace of mind. I recently bought a MacBook and had a few questions — their support team was super helpful and patient. Also, getting free delivery and installation on certain items is a big plus. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy electronics regularly, I think it’s totally worth it. It’s like having tech experts on call whenever you need them!

I never buy memberships of this nature but i needed to get my computer repaired and was asking questions and i was told they would repair items even if not bought at best buy. Which is amazing the techs were so nice and they did a great job i am so happy and appreciative.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

The Total Tech membership is a no-brainer. Just as in the previous years, the membership paid for itself quickly. I've built my own computer boxes for 35 yrs, but this most recent trip to Best Buy was for a total PC workstation re-build. The Geek Squad crew shined once again with superb customer care and followed my instructions. While at my final inspection sppointment, I felt sorry for the folks in line around me, who would be bringing in devices regularly, and paying more than they needed to without a Total Tech membership. In fact, on each visit to Best Buy, it seems to me Geek Squad has the lion's share of business. Pretty quiet elsewhere. Just my observation.

We got this subscription when my daughter was a college student and her laptop was acting up. The subscription was just a little bit more than having her computer worked on so we signed up. It has been very helpful having this because whenever we have an issue we just walk in and know it will be handled for free. I got the blue screen of death on my more recent laptop and it said my hard drive was failing. I brought it in expecting the laptop to be dead but they fixed everything and brought it back. It was six years old so I bought another one, which I am very happy with, but it was good to get the old one back alive. My son had a car stereo installed for free and that would have been over $400 if we had to pay it. I got the extended warranty on a dishwasher I purchased at Best Buy and it was extended for free for extra years. The dishwasher failed and they gave me a new one.

Had issue with my computer and it was fixed in a few days.

This membership, so far, has been very helpful. I think I have already used more time than I could have purchased with separate services.

First item I used was to clean my desktop of malware and virus. They diod a great job in a short time. I will utilize as many benefits as possible.

The my Best Buy Total membership is extremely valuable. The coverage it offers, combined with the discounts and extra perks makes it an extremely valuable investment, especially when you own alot of tech.
