The membership is a great option. My delivery and set up was awesome. The gentlemen from the Geek Squad were very professional and knowledgeable. Just knowing that I have coverage from this membership as well, is very reassuring.

This membership has more than paid for itself in the year I have had yet. The Geek Squad are great in getting my devices right away and take the time to explain everything to me. They have the patience to answer my questions and are always very good about making sure I understand,

Member prices are great. I have not had to use the Geek Squad except to set up the new computer, but they were wonderful to work with. The customer phone support is TERRIBLE though.

The membership package is great. My grandson loved the phone. He thinks Santa invented the old phones.

Just bought this membership but it has already paid off. Had to return an item and it made the transaction simple.

Must buy! When you log in you see all the products you ever bought and is covered. I bought an apple macbook pro which comes with apple care due to this total and 4 airpods all came with apple care. this alone save me about $500. I also bought home stereo system from sonos through best buy which is covered, some TV/s and also I just took my smart robo vacum after 2 years due to battery issue, they sent it in and then called me back and said they will refund me 100% of what I paid on gift card! Amazing. Only thing is I wish they could have done it as an exchange because same vacuum is now $200 more, but that is still good and if I get my $2300 I paid for this laptop in 2 years for a defect, I will be over the moon :)

I have no complaints the salesman saved me a lot of money and I bought a lower priced laptop that was on sale and it had the same features as the one I had my eye on. I bought a Lenovo Legion
