I’ve had the Totaltech membership for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer. The free 24/7 tech support and extended warranty on most purchases give me real peace of mind. I recently bought a MacBook and had a few questions — their support team was super helpful and patient. Also, getting free delivery and installation on certain items is a big plus. If you shop at Best Buy often or buy electronics regularly, I think it’s totally worth it. It’s like having tech experts on call whenever you need them!

Get this plan,its probably the best membership on anything I've had. Because it's the only one when you have an issue they actually help you. They actually do something. The perks and deals are a great plus,and I only get my best stuff from Best Buy. The money you can save is the biggest incentive. I don't always need these but with a pair of new AirPods and a new laptop: it has already paid for itself by avoiding the more costly Apple Care and Geek Squad cost if we didn't have it.

Membership is well worth it never had a bad experience. Everybody has been always nice. Purchased a TV and a computer there now order games for my grandson hoping he enjoys them as much as we enjoy our TV.
