I don't always need these but with a pair of new AirPods and a new laptop: it has already paid for itself by avoiding the more costly Apple Care and Geek Squad cost if we didn't have it.

Membership is well worth it never had a bad experience. Everybody has been always nice. Purchased a TV and a computer there now order games for my grandson hoping he enjoys them as much as we enjoy our TV.

A no brainer for anyone making more than one tech purchase per year. The 2 years of free Applecare on my new watch and 2 years of warranty on my ROG Ally X alone pays for the membership.

The Geek Squad has fixed things for me numerous times, usually they can do it over the internet without me having to leave my house.

It includes Geek Squad protection on almost everything you buy while a member. For people who buy MacBooks, iPhones, and appliances in the same year, this is an incredible value. It also includes 24/7 tech support.

My PC was having issues over the span of months thst were difficult to consistently replicate. Taking it in for service over and over can become expensive. This service can be great for the right scenario. I canceled after the year due to a new PC purchase, so you're going to have to gauge how often you plan to be at Geek Squad in order to determine if this is a value or not for you.

I love having the membership, it gives me a peace of mind that geek squad is there ti help me if anything happens to my devices. They are fast, effecient and full of knowledge

This membership is solid and worth every penny. Have had it for years.

I needed a transfer from one computer to another which would have cost more than the price of this membership. Saved me money and I have it for a year if they are needed again.

Must buy! When you log in you see all the products you ever bought and is covered. I bought an apple macbook pro which comes with apple care due to this total and 4 airpods all came with apple care. this alone save me about $500. I also bought home stereo system from sonos through best buy which is covered, some TV/s and also I just took my smart robo vacum after 2 years due to battery issue, they sent it in and then called me back and said they will refund me 100% of what I paid on gift card! Amazing. Only thing is I wish they could have done it as an exchange because same vacuum is now $200 more, but that is still good and if I get my $2300 I paid for this laptop in 2 years for a defect, I will be over the moon :)

BEST BUY, products, staff including Geek Squad are great! They treat this older non-computer person with patience and understanding of limitation's. They have always been able to solve my issues, and supply me with the correct product. When a worker has come to my home they have been efficient, polite and I recommend BEST BUY as a service or tech store to everyone.

This membership is a game changer. Pay once and have your computer checked an unlimited number of times for one year.
