The total tech membership saves me money at Best Buy.

Good membership. I have multiple Apple devices. Repair older iMac a while ago and was repair very quickly. Price isn’t bad if you have lots of devices

With our yearly membership we have Geek squad support. The Geek squad has always helped us in our time of need. We appreciate them!

This membership is a wonderful value to have someone who knows computers in and out available to help you is priceless. The folks are so patient and kind and, if you need to take your computer into them, they turn it around fast.

My membership has already come in handy. I used it to get my new laptop all set up. I enjoy having the security to know if something happens with my tech, I have a place to take it to get looked at and fixed.

I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop (nothing remotely serious), but everytime I went into the store the counter men were great. Kudos and thank yous to Evan Besser, Jon Herra & Matt Harrington, and anyone in the back who helped us. Everything was taken care of quickly and correctly.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

I have really enjoyed the benefits of the My Best Buy Total membership. The extended warranty and tech support have saved me money and time on several purchases. It’s also great having free shipping and exclusive deals. If you shop at Best Buy often, this membership is worth it.

If you don’t have this membership you don’t know what you’re missing. Money off of high priced items, free delivery, and money off of Geek Squad! Yall tripping!

I signed up for this based on the warranty information and support. Not sure if i will continue as it is expensive

My computer was serviced quickly and proficiently. I am happy with the outcome. The tech personnel were kind and patient. They answered my questions and took the time to explain things that were not clear because I didn't know the computer terminology.
