Bought the membership on advice of my brother, who really liked it. Even if you don't buy your computers from Best Buy, as we didn't, they'll still do the data transfer. I had a question on my printer so I called the Geek Squad and got help which solved the issue. Happy so far!

It would Be a good value IF i could get things straightened out. Alas, they informed me i eould have to pay Geek Squad again to redo what they undid the first time they came. We've had an appointment at the store, so half the problem is solved but they want to charge me $120.00 to come out and plug in the telephone, computer scanner, lamp and other electronics they un plugged while the boss was working at the other computer.

The my Best Buy Total membership is extremely valuable. The coverage it offers, combined with the discounts and extra perks makes it an extremely valuable investment, especially when you own alot of tech.
