You will definitely be a repeat customer when you are a Best Buy Total member. The value is great btween extended warranties, tech help, pricing and previews. Well worth it.

It works well but have some issues with not catching every movement. A delivery yesterday didn't show the person at all, just the truck leaving. That may be user error though.

Highly recommend for people who may need a little help with their computers. Especially helpful when troubleshooting remotely, you never have to leave home!

The geek squad did a very good job at repairing my iMac 2017 27”. I tried to upgrade it to Tahoe 26 and the operating system went crazy, but the geek squad was able to breathe life back into my 2017 iMac. I am so thankful.
