Membership is good to have the only problem, is that everything is prorated so you don't get the proper trade back if something happens in the insurance life.

Although I struggled to contact the store directly and that was very frustrating and could of been an unnecessary roadblock, my in store experience was great and everything went smoothly.

For me this is a great value. I have already saved money on having it. Paid for itself. Member prices, deals, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. For example my Mac pro came with the Apple care free as did some other perks for 3-4 months. My dishwasher with a good price, was installed for free to include the kit and haul away. There is no problem exchanging something if you feel you needed something else or it is faulty/broken. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on the purchases. I have recommended this plan to several other friends, who are very happy with it.

Guy's! you have to check into this service. I was reluctant at first but my sales rep Erica showed me the benefit and for my first computor upgrades and work I saved over 350.00. Then because of the service I brought my laptop and had the same service and upgraded ram and a drive and I saved almost 460.00 and only paid for my upgrade of 8 gb and my drive costing me about 70.00 to install upgrade and download all of my info to a hard drive. So with signing up with My Best Buy Total Tech for 198.00 Any service I may need with the Squad is covered for up to my 6 computors, Great Deal! Thanks Erica at Glendora.

They have always been there for me. Have always answered my questions and showed me a few shortcuts. I usually stick with a few websites but they showed my a few different options.

Membership is a great value for the protection that you get. We have already had to use it on the purchase of a new dryer that was defective. They came out replaced it installed all the zero cost to us and it was great having that piece of mind
