Having this service agreement in place, brings a comfort level for my technology needs.

I appreciate the encouragement from one of the managers to purchase this because it was only $30 more and I was getting my computer worked on. So, it paid off. I have worked with Geek Squad members and they have been so helpful. So, as of now, I'm very pleased.

I’m happy to sing the praises of my total tech membership! Because of my membership, geek squad, came to my home and made recommendations for better Internet connectivity, new TVs, sound bars, iPad, along with set up. That whole process was so smooth and easy. Heck, that visit alone was worth the membership price! Geek squad came and installed everything, they were friendly they were efficient they were clean and I couldn’t be happier. Everything is working perfectly and to top it off I didn’t realize that they made appliance repair visits too. So about a week after my new TVs were installed Geek squad came back out and repaired my refrigerator and I didn’t have to pay a dime! I am so happy with my total tech membership. I highly recommend it and wish that I would’ve bought it sooner. Thank you Geek squad!

The membership helped me so much. I had to take my oc in for repairs so many times because of how bad it was being. After the flurth time it finally worked. It would've cost me around 1000 for repairs. The membership is a lifesaver.

Geek Squad was great. Transferred data from old Computer , but I was unable to pick it up due to hospitalization. They allowed me to come back once I was home. They explained how to navigate & even synchronized my two emails to it. Patient & knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The membership is of real value. I have been able to save more money on purchases, received price matching reimbursement when product I bought went on sale and was able to repair my AirPods when they got damaged. T

The fact that the Geek squad is available for any fixes and question is fantastic for someone like me getting their first gaming computer.

Overall impressive membership. Are the benefits worth the annual cost? Maybe if you are a consistent buyer of multiple products and need quick delivery or the extra assurance from the insurance included. The lesser tiers may be the better option if not a frequent buyer.

Geek squad member showed me what it was going to cost to repair my computer and said it would be cheaper to buy the membership and it would cover what needed to be done. Plus i can use it on other items in my house and they do not have to be bought from best buy.

I was highly impressed with what this membership has to offer. When I purchased a new laptop and the membership with it, I was told I could bring my old and new laptops in to have all the data from the old transferred into the new. I was so glad, as I knew I could mess that up. When I picked them up, the manager informed me that if I had any problems at all, I could call them directly. If I get a computer virus, they will fix it at no charge. The membership rate is worth it!!!

This membership helped save Christmas! I was able to get my son's Christmas gift fixed and put into his PC.
