Amazing customer service they help me diagnose my laptop I was having issues with and that I needed it for work. They offered me multiple solutions to my issue and were able to set me up with the correct parts and fix my laptop in a timely fashion overall great experience in great customer service.

Well, I think Best Buy is going to lose money on my membership. Technology changed so much that I am lost using my new laptop. Geek squad to the recuse. My neighbor has shown me how to turn it off and find minimized screens. It's on Geek Squad to help me through the rest. Money well spend.

Absolutely amazing program. The 24/7 tech support is truly invaluable -I've used it multiple times since purchasing and they have always been prompt and resolved all issues in a very timely manner.

If you buy a lot of tech, or have a bigger family to funnel purchases through Best Buy its worth it. As an individual that doesn't chase all of the technology I feel its a marginal value. The warranties are nice, but you end up spending much more for them than you would just buying them outright (when they aren't paywalled behind best buy total), or when they make sense to buy at all. The pricing is ok, but typically price matching amazon still results in lower prices on mainstream items.

Total Care is a great program. Washer had problems in the first two months, they replaced the washer at no charge.

I really appreciated the geek squad in transferring data from my old computer to a newly purchased computer. The Best Buy membership really came through with this service.
