Hard to get support that you’re paying for!

But, my recent experience is that Best Buy and the Geek Squad are lagging significantly! It’s hard to get service unless you go into the store which is usually a minimum of an hour wait. I’m disappointed in my recent experiences with Best Buy and total tech support!
