Total tech is a waste

We paid the $89 service fee to have the dishwasher serviced due to an AE error code. Within a month of repair, the error code was tripped again. The same tech came and within two weeks the code was back. On the third call, I requested a different tech and they scheduled an appointment stating another tech would be assigned. On the service date, I received a message the same tech would be coming. I called off the service and did not have the product repaired. Upon our call today, best buy tried to charge another $89 service fee. We cancelled the protection and have found someone to service the dishwasher.
