There are some perks but not sure I will renew. It’s been confusing and the plan has changed.

Not that impressed with only 2 year warranty coverage

They took away. The freedom deliveread installation and removal of appliances. Which is the main reason why I even got it to begin with, you like to piece a mine that comes with the 2 year warranty on everything but on the same token. I feel like I'm paying for twice. I think they should have grandfather people in.

Over priced, I could imagine it being this price for 2 or 3 years, but very expensive for 1 year

The service was great but they changed the rules. I should not have to pay to have a Ring camera installed if I am paying for Total.

Waste of money. Still try to charge even though told it would cover things.

There is definitely some value to this, but what happened to free delivery and reduced installation? I just spent $249 to have a TV literally hung on the wall on an existing wall mount. I 'm rethinking having this membership.

It's pretty expensive for what it gives. You have to buy a lot of stuff to make this worth it, or you need to use free installations.

Having this membership is a good perk it saves you additional fees for technical support

Not worth. Literally a huge waste of money; got 0 value out of it.

I've bought nearly 10 appliances in 2 years with Total Tech due too the free delivery, install and takeaway features. I didn't even bother to look at other vendors because of this feature. On my most recent appliance purchase, I was floored to find out that the Total Tech membership changed to "Best buy Total", and no longer included the free delivery, install and takeaway. Will not be renewing.

Last year i install a microwave and it was free because I purchase the microwave with best buy , now this year i want it to buy to mount tvs which one cost 29.99 the other 50 something but now installation cost for each like customer services told me 249 per installation , that means 500 to install to mount tv . That is insane . For that i install it myself . This eill be my last year with totaltech member they charge a lot for a year for nothing just free delivery , dor that i just go and puechase that myself to the store that is so bad from best buy. Necer again . Dont fall in this please .

Not a great value as it use to be. Best buy started charging for things that were included before. That is a shame!

i like getting protections at no charge on my purchases.

You don’t get any service everything is not what it used to be my first year it was worth, second year and third year they won’t refund my auto renew purchase price. It’s just a scam. Stay away. You won’t get your money back even if you disputed it and haven’t used it. Best buy used to be my favorite store now I don’t know any longer! I bought two TVs, two iPads, and a Mac and they won’t refund my money on total tech!

Not a real value a more. They changed the rules. I don’t receive free insulation anymore. I never took advantage of it.

Don’t know if this membership is worth almost $200 a year. The benefits were better before the changes in June.

This was a renewal for a dishwasher that I bought a year ago.
