    Got rid of the free installation fee for anything. So now i have to pay labor... i bought the membership to avoid paying the labor. Now i question what i have it.... i was told i got a email on the new changes. I showed employees i was not notified nor pleased. If i didn't buy a car security system and head phones with warranty i wouldn't have this. As its no longer worth it. They got rid of the only thing that i recommended to others about. And i got others to join for the waving of the labor fee. Not useless. Will probably cancel next year. Not worth it im not reckless with my stuff

    I paid second year of BestBuy Total membership. First year was fine, no complains. But second year is much worse! I purchase 55" TV with haul away all packages and instead to deliver to the apartment, these strangers delivered to the mailroom. Screw your service!!!

    Had an issue that could have been solved by asking my installer a few questions. It was a setting issue on tv. Went to store and only solution was to pay someone 50 dollars to take care of the settings issue. I can work around the problem but it takes time. I think talking with the geek installer could have fixed the problem. I think it would have taken about 15 minutes

    Over the past two years I asked for help on maybe 6 different computer related issues. Zero zilch nada help for any of the issues. Level one technicians is what I got. 2 of which I could not understand without getting clarifications on the words. Finally soo frustrated to have to go in person to get a PSU for one HP system. I cancelled Best Buy Total mess and bought one for $13.45 including free shipping. Don't even waste your money.

    Its ok , not like if use to be they changed it an after 2 years you have to pay every month 5-10$ for each individual past item on top of the $200 every year which only covers new items so to be honest it’s so so I feel you don’t get as much as you used to and it was better than what it is now

    I purchased a LG laundry center and it is supposed to be added to my subscription but it's not showing up. When I call, they told me it was returned. Clearly it wasn't because it is in my home and on my card. I purchased in Dec 23 and the issue is still not fixed. This is the first time I have had an issue but it's a big one.

    This is nothing like the old programs. When you try to make a claim expect to hear you should have read more of the fine print of the program. You should also be ready to pay a 80 dollar service fee to have anything fixed. The service center will say it is fixed with out being fixed. There is no way to debate what they say if fixed. My experience with the program has caused me to move away from BestBuy as a vendor.

    I really enjoyed the program when it was Total Tech. It provided a lot more benefits than this new version. Imaging my surprise when I was gonna be charged extra just for shipping, let alone installation, for the same size TV as one I purchased last year where shipping and install were covered by Total Tech. Suffice it to say I did not purchase the TV. Trust me when i say i will NOT be renewing next year. The extended return window is cool but honestly, if you get something you really need a protection plan for, just buy it per item. Spending $200/year for protection plan that still has extra costs is not worth it.

    It doesn’t even come with a watch charger I have a OtterBox case and it doesn’t hold the phone trash!

    This membership has been an absolutely horrific experience. We have cancelled the membership by Best Buy chat with transcripts 3 times, yet I keep getting charged for renewals. Each time, the chat agent says that it will not happen again - yet it keeps happening. Most recently, after wasting hours again trying to cancel what has already been canceled, only a partial refund was given - for a charge I did not make. I have never had such a bad experience with a retailer.

    This membership is a scam. I was forced into buying it when I bought a dryer. Sadly, the dryer stopped working two months after it was delivered but the warranty starts the day you buy it so even though it took them two months to deliver by the time the dryer stopped working they told me I was on my own. Two years later, over 20 appointments and the dryer has never worked and they refuse to repair or replace it.

    I bought a 5k dollar tv at BB and asked the floor rep about the Total Tech and if extended warranty. He assured me if I had any issues with the TV that i would have someone at my house within a week. This is just not the case my tv is down and the soonest they said they would even come look at it was a month. I asked if a warranty item breaks and i call for coverage and have to wait a month for someone to take a look and then it falls outside the two years is it still covered and they wouldn’t give me an answer. If you buy Apple products from here then maybe it’s worth it but it’s yet to be decided on my TV.
