I bought new appliances almost 2 years ago & having the Best Buy Total membership has been extremely helpful. It’s made getting needed service easier & in some cases there’s been no extra cost!

This is a great value. We bought 2 new laptops to replace our old one. Had the software added to both laptops. Bought a new thumb drive. So we can update a laptop when we get to our second location. No more need to keep bringing laptop from location to location.

Is very good store and the quality of their products are top on the line, while you’re in the store the staff are very helpful and generous offering us a really good help or taking care of us while we’re shopping there!

I would recommend this for anyone who needs help troubleshooting any computer problem. I have used this service multiple times for printer issues and computer issues. Thanks to the help I received my computer was cleared of potential scammers getting access to my personal data. This is the best value I could have purchased for computer issues.

Only been a member for a short amount of time and the benefits are amazing. I have returned and exchanged a couple big price tag items no hassle whatsoever. I was having an issue with my phone - constant ads. I came to BestBuy and the gentleman at the service dest eliminated my issue in about 15 minutes. I was so worried about not having a working phone, because i was leaving the country in a day or so. Wonderful work done by him.

A great deal. Due to identity theft, had to have 2 devices wiped. the Geek Squad was very helpful in doing this as well as helping me load back what was on my computers. The only downside is getting an appointment in a timely manner.

We purchased the Best Buy Total membership when my computer crashed. The customer service I have received is absolutely the best. Titus explained everything to me in terms I understood. Unfortunately, my computer was unfixable but he was able to get some information on a flash drive. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

We purchase the plan for all our computers and phone to handle anything that comes up. We had been hacked, the Geek Squad fixed it for us! And now we have them if anything else comes up! Love it and the peace of mind!!

I have made use of Best Buy Total Tech and the Geek Squad for several years. I enjoy the unlimited Geek Squad assistance. Had it not been for the Geek Squad I would still be trying to set-up my new lap top so it would be usable. Every issue I had I called on the Geek Squad for help. I was not able to load or find HP Smart that needs to be linked to my printer. The tech knew what I was talking about, found the HP Smart info in the system, ran the process to attach it to my lap top and added this interface to my desktop. Another tech was able to attach Gmail under Google to my laptop which I was not able to find. Each technician was thoughtful, courteous, patient and ensured they had addressed my issues prior to disconnecting from my lap top and closing their case. I also need to learn the different features under Windows 11.

Worth it if you buy a lot and/or expensive items. You always get a discount price, financing and rewards. And the price match option is totally worth it and easy to do!
