It’s a great value. My wife is not techie and uses it all the time. She loves it!

Thankfully, I have only had to use this once to repair a washer. However, it is a nice peace of mind knowing that I have assistance when I need it. I also like the fact that all of my items purchased at Best Buy are covered.

The concept is amazing. However, the price is challenging and especially the increase in price is challenging. It would help if the price will be prorated if you did not use the service during the year as well as if you used an excessive amount. This is because for example, Apple products there is still a co-pay that must be paid to have your device repaired or replaced.

This membership is a good value. It has saved me several charges for troubleshooting my computer and teaching me different functions of the computer. I have been able to get some discounts on some purchases.

Haven’t used it much yet, however my other family members love the deals we can make. The card saves us a lot of money in the long run
