Getting this membership for three years is by far the best value that I have ever spent for three years between using the geek squad and the warranties that I get with each purchase definitely makes the expense worth it

I received a detailed explanation I could understand. I went somewhere else and received no explanation as to what could be the problem or how to fix it myself. While comeing here I learn how to fix and prevent this int the future.

If you are not super knowledgeable about technology nor wanting to learn, this is probably the best thing you could get. Comes with unlimited visits to geek squad and it doesn’t cost you extra unless you need a part. They are very knowledgeable and you can go to any Best Buy location with it. If one geek squad is busy, you can just schedule an appointment at another Best Buy. Great service!

My first experience with the Geek Squad was positive, and I very much like the HP OmniDesk Desktop. The smaller key pad fits better on my desk. It was easy to connect my existing monitor, mouse and speakers to the new tower. I am pleased with the new computer.

When i 1st got it i was confused not going to lie and just accepted it when i was at the store and almost thought i was getting scammed later that night due to accidentally buying it without full understanding of what i purchased Little did i expect to see the even higher cost for my computer i dropped off at geek squad costed doubled of what i just paid for a member being entirely reduced to a wonderful 0.

The membership immediately saved me a ton of money, as what I was coming in yo get help with was something covered by the membership. So, I got the service for free and can use the membership to help with all the rest of my tech problems for the rest of the year!

I use the geek squad store consutations for computer problems very often and would recommend this plan to all the other people who I see there, who do not have it. It is such a valuable benefit and that is just one benefit. Having extra time for returns, fast free shipping, and special offers also come with this. Discounts on several services like TV mounting and repairs makes this an exceptional value.

Never a worry when anything needs service! Recently needed repairs to my laptop, and the service was spot on! They emailed progress and it was done in the time frame promised. They backed up all my work so I had no issues. Saved hundreds!!! 10 star experience!!

I absolutely love this membership. The Geek Squad for my Apple Watches up and running again. One had be locked for about a year and the newer Apple Watch 8 had not been activate for over two years. Verizon could not activate it either. After I bought 2 new laptops and purchased the membership and found out all the benefits, I have been totally utilizing it.

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! The employee working in the radio install garage went above and beyond. Even though the store was short-staffed on the floor, they stepped in and helped me find and purchase the perfect radio. The best buy membership is a great value for customers looking to buy major appliances and new electronics (like TVs, computers, mobile phones). Its definitely worth all the perks and savings if you are buying more than two to three items over the course of the annual membership.

The Geek Squad support is worth the price of the membership alone. These folks have been very helpful and responsive to my needs. I especially like the fact that appointments can be made to meet with the Squad and they take the appointment times seriously. The only drawback to setting up an appointment is talking with a representative with a thick foreign accent which makes communication difficult at times.

I recently had an issue with my Alienware gaming laptop and brought it to Best Buy for service. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I’ve had a really good experience with Best Buy Total so far. The extended warranty and tech support have been super helpful, especially with multiple devices at home. Fantastic membership package, price, benefits. Made multiple electronics purchases and was adding individual plans for each but received thorough explanation of Total membership from very helpful (and patient) customer sales rep. Made much more sense for overall ease and cost effectiveness. Great service amidst the holiday rush!

Up until this month the Geeks have been wonderful. On February 2nd I brought in my broken screen laptop. I bought a new laptop. As of today I still do not have a working computer!
