In home service if you live in a Best Buy Store!

That quickly went to a three-week wait period, and then they just said, 'yeah, we don't do that anymore.'

Not delivering 100% what they were selling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought my computer, I was told I would get discounts when I needed service, but the store STILL CHARGED ME full price and now I have to call customer service trying to get them to refund the difference! Not happy.

Waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prior to 2023 this used to be a great deal, extended warranties, free delivery and install, free in-house service diagnostics. Since they made a change in June 2023, it is now essentially an Amazon Prime lite, for the 2 items I buy a year at BB compared to the 1000 items I buy on Amazon. BB having delusions of grandeur trying to compete with Amazon instead of just being a great tech store that offers service and the ability to buy in person.
