I love having the membership, it gives me a peace of mind that geek squad is there ti help me if anything happens to my devices. They are fast, effecient and full of knowledge

I had 2 computers to clean and the cost to do both would have been much more than the membership. The computers work much better now - except they are on Windows 10 so becoming obsolete but that is not affected by this membership. The staff was pleasant and the computers were ready in a timely manner. The work seems to have been done well and both are faster now.

I have used this membership for 6 years or so and I have always hadthe need for it a couple times a year. The Geek Squad has always been very helpful and quick to fix my needs on every occasion. Money well spent!!

This Total membership is a good value. Already I have gotten wonderful help at two different appointments with the Geek Squad, no charge because of this membership. No doubt there will be more.

I love the Apple Care that the membership comes with and the discounts are super helpful! I definitely recommend it, especially if you’re upgrading tech relatively frequently!

The Membership is good, but the agent was rude when I picked up my computer. I did not remember the color of my computer, and it took them a long time to find it. And when I want to make sure it work. he said my 20 minutes were up. This was the 2nd time that I brought in the computer, and the 1st time they told me it was good, but it was not. I am in a customer service business and would never treat a customer loke that/

I have bought all my Big TVs and computers at My Best Buy and would never go anywhere else but Geek Squad for my Computers and phones. Keep them healthy on a regular schedule so you work with confidence. Smart, friendly experts.

This saves me money on purchases I make at Best Buy. I recently took my desktop computer in for a minor problem. It was fixed in a couple of days and the problem resolved.

I had a great experience shopping at the Best Buy in Port Richey. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. The store was well-organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. Checkout was quick and smooth, and my purchase has been working perfectly so far. I purchase this because im building my first PC. If something goes sideways i have Geek squad for help sand with the extended return window i though this would nice to have.

I thought this membership was a great value. It covers the damages to my Macbook and offers assistance if there are any technical issues and it was half the price of Apple+. I havent had to use it so far and I hope I never do but I'm happy with it.

I love my Best Total! The Geek Squad is wonderful and completely worth the price. I had some computer issues this year and I would have paid a lot more to have them fixed with out Geek Squad.

I signed up for Best Buy’s Total Plan, and it’s been completely worth it. The biggest benefit for me has been the extended warranty and protection. it gives me peace of mind knowing my devices are covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. On top of that, the free Geek Squad support is super helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help setting something up, I’ve been able to get quick and reliable assistance.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the customer service that is available and how helpful the staff have been over chat. But what most surprised me was that the deals that are offered being a member are outstanding. I found something I was looking for that was significantly more affordable as a result of being a member. Simply put, I am grateful.

My bestbuy total membership is awesome. If I can not figure it out I aways use my plan and contact geek squad or schedule an appointment to bring in my item for evaluation.

Membership is good to have the only problem, is that everything is prorated so you don't get the proper trade back if something happens in the insurance life.
