I feel this is a real bargan for anyone that uses Best Buy frequently. I have taken advantage of product discounts , extended warranties, tech support and other benefits.

My experience with your tech people was great. Fixed the problem and were both friendly and helpful. I only gave it a four since I just signed up. But based upon that experience, I would highly recommend the membership.

This membership is amazing. It is an additional price, but once you have it, it's so helpful and reassuring to know that you have systems to back you up if your device malfunctions or you just want some guidance. So far, I've utilized my membership advantages once when my laptop display was messed up, and it went so smoothly. I plan to use it again if I ever need to! Definitely recommend it to anyone considering getting it.

I don't typically purchase extended warranties or subscribe to membership offers, however, I am glad that I opted to join the Best BuyTotal Membership plan. Within the first 30 days I have been able to get great service from the Geek Squad on numerous tech items! They added memory to my computer, backed up 2 old computers and transfered information from to my new. They helped me with new external storage, with my watch, phone and earbuds. The technicians were friendly and fast! I have a couple other "projects" and plan to use this service to its max!

The membership makes purchases and return easier. No having to track items. We continue too do more purchases from bestbuy compared to the other stores.

My membership has been a good investment for me. Over all membership may seem much at first, but have protection does pay for it self when you do have to file a claim. Had one my computer tower break and bricked itself. With protection i have best buy covered the entire tower replaced it completely free of charge that alone was worth the yearly fees. Totally worth the price!!!

This is the best purchase I have ever made! I was able to get the help I needed on my laptop. I was given plenty of time when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. Excellent customer service!

If you stop to think about it, as I did, you probably buy a lot of tech, appliances, phones, audio visual, flood lights, smart home components, and on and on. It really adds up. And, if you're also like me, you serve as your family's purchaser and technical support for their items as well. For these reasons, I finally joined BB Total. Given that it includes Apple Care (something Apple charges extra for!), my Mac, iPhone, and Airpod purchases paid for my first year membership in those charges alone. I do most of my own tech repairs and programming, but I do love the ability to walk in and return an unfixable device and walk out with a replacement then and there. Try that with your favorite online retailer. Sure, I get it. BB Total is not for everyone who might buy one or two items every now and again. But if you're living in a home with a family and are making use of the latest technologies out there, you might be surprised at just how much you're buying. Getting it all from one location (that also price matches) and gives you extended warranties and other services for a flat fee that covers nearly everything, then BB Total becomes a pretty compelling consideration.

The membership is a great piece of mind for any product that we purchase. It is worth having when you buy high value items. Would definitely recommend.

The membership has been totally worth it for me. The extended return window alone makes a huge difference, I don’t feel rushed when I’m buying something I want to test out. The included protection plans are also a big plus and save me money on the things I actually use every day. Overall, it’s given me a lot more peace of mind with my purchases.

The membership is SO worth it! They took care of my PC and got it functioning like new again. They even cleaned and fully updated it. The geek squad members are helpful and knowledgeable. Just access to the squad is worth it, but add to that a free warranty on every purchase? I cannot recommend the membership emough!

Love this program, my sons ps5 stopped working and their was nothing they could do to fix it after evaluating and sending out it wouldn’t work they ended up replacing it.

Everything about this membership is fantastic! Having the Geek Squad available to assist us when we need help is priceless! Great prices and awesome employees who do a great job getting us what we need. Not to mention the having a Best Buy Card, now that has great benefits too!

The unlimited Geed Squad support are great, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions. I feel comfortable and have peace of mind getting the protestation plan.

I have had multiple items under this plan only used it once and they fixed it immediately so far so good worth the value if you have a bunch of items.

First time I’ve bought this service and I hope I don’t need to use it for repairs. Peace of mind knowing that it’s available if you do need it though.
