Honestly was skeptical at first but we’ve been members for about 3 years now and it’s definitely worth it, especially if you’re a new home owner buying your first or new appliances. The deals we’ve gotten on appliances and tech around the house has paid for the membership alone. The extra 2 year warranty you get as well is too good not to subscribe

This is pretty good if you buy a lot of electronics since it covers all your purchases, from movies, video game accessories and major electronics. Read the fine print and understand the program before buying. Pros: You get coverage for just about all your purchases. Just need to pay a fee if you need to return an item to get a replacement. Similar to warranty where you get the item you returned that is damaged or malfunctioned for a brand new replacement. But then once you get it, you have to pay for another warranty plan. Here you just pay a fee for the return and since you have the total plan, its covered automatically, just $180 a year. 2. you get special prices for being a TOTAL member, just got these headphones that are 200 for 140 as a TOTAL member, so a savings of 60. They do that for many items. A samsung TV I was looking at was 2500 on sale from 3800, and for 2 days had a TOTAL member sale for 2000. saving an extra 500 from the regular sale price, so you have chances to save depending on what your looking for. Cons: not really a con, but you need to pay the 180 each year to keep it on and active. Sounds like your items stay protected as long as you have the plan, but it can't be stopped and then renewed later and keep protection from items before plan expired and got renewed.

This membership is very helpful if you buy or own electronics. The price protection and tech support alone make it worth it. It adds a lot of peace of mind because you get extra coverage, easier repairs, and good customer service when something goes wrong with a device. It’s a smart purchase if you want your electronics protected and want to save money in the long run.

The unlimited geek squad support, particularly for incremental PC upgrades, is super convenient. Coupled with the free warranties on all your purchases I personally think that a membership is a great deal for me given how often I use the services.

It is great to be able to bring my computers is for service and not have to pay. I took my older iMac in along with a new one that I had purchased. They transferred my information to the new one and then they cleared all data from my older one. I left them there for a day and they were finished.

Love it, just don’t love being on the phone with Best Buy always have different answers or don’t know how to answer my questions.

The benefits of signing up were explained prior to a computer repair. The service person clearly showed the advantage of enrolling, which I did at that time. Glad I did, it gives me piece of mind.

Total Plus membership was recommended by the Geek Squad service team member Pedro here at the Leesburg, VA site. I had 4 devices that needed to be checked. Pedro recommended Total Plus membership and fixed all of my devices within 24 hours. Bonus, he saved me a TON of money. Thank you Pedro for being kind, respectful, and my personal tech handyman.

I have saved more with the total membership. So worth getting every year. Wish it was cheaper but i get it with the economy today. They have always taken great care of any issues or concerns. Great customer service/excellent!!!

This is a really good value. I've had to replace a lot of appliances over the last 10 years and recommend Best Buy Total membership. It's paid for itself in service and in savings.

I am very happy with my membership. I have always received great help from the Geek Squad in the times I have needed help and it is so reassuring to know that if anything goes wrong I will get the help necessary to correct it.

Never have to pay extra for service installation of any thing up date my computer. And always with good mood.

To be a member and Best Buy is a good thing it can cover you your device that you are buying in Best Buy when the device broke or doesn’t work they can fix it for you. They can protect it for you even they can give you a new device. I like it

I have visited the Best Buy Tech Support, Geek Squad, off and on for a long time. I finally decided to join the Best Buy Total Membership. I wish I had done this a year ago!
